What a great book by Kirsten Miller! Welcome to Mattauck, NY, a small coastal community where you will find murder, ghosts, and witches. Around the world, every generation has its own trio of menopaused vigilantes avenging girls and women and bringing the men who hurt them to their version of justice. Nessa, a former nurse, hears the dead. Jo, a gym owner for women, is the protector, and she can either save or destroy you with the force flooding through her blood, and Harriet is the no-sense former executive working for the advertisement industry, with a newfound knowledge of plants that can either save your life or kill you.

When the body of a unidentified young girl is found on the beach, Nessa knows she's not the only one who has been killed, so they start to investigate. Together, they break down the doors of powerful men who try to stop them at every turn. The women have been burned by these men or men like them their whole lives, and this time, they won't let them win. I absolutely loved this book. I only picked it up because of Bookstagram, and boy am I glad I did. It gave me Big Little Lies vibes, and I'll definitely be adding The Witches of Eastwick to my TBR.
