I was absolutely thrilled to get my hands on this book as a devoted fan of the Mindhunter series on Netflix. What made it even better was that it was narrated by Jonathan Groff, who brilliantly portrayed the character based on the author, John E. Douglas, in the show. In this captivating read, Douglas delves deep into the minds of four notorious serial killers whom he had the opportunity to interview during his remarkable career.

These individuals committed unimaginable, horrifying, and heinous crimes. Reading about such atrocities in the news is one thing, but when you hear their own words, their twisted truths, and even their reasons behind their actions, it truly makes you want to ensure the safety of your loved ones multiple times a day. It's a stark reminder that real monsters exist in our world. I highly recommend this book to all True Crime enthusiasts and fans of the Mindhunter series.
