All the Bright Places
It's the story of a boy and a girl who come from different worlds, but they are both struggling in their own way. So far, nothing that we haven't read before, so what makes all the bright places different? I'm not 100% sure, but I can say that I always wanted to come back to the story. Told from two different perspectives, it explains the highs and lows of mental illness and how it can affect anyone. I liked this book because it doesn't give a magic solution, and it really gives you insight on how confusing it can be when you aren't quite sure what is going on in your own head and how it can be frustrating for an outsider who wants to help. Although "All the Bright Places" talks about death, suicide, and anxiety, the author, Jennifer Niven leaves you with a "live every day to the fullest" feeling.
