Nora is a calculated, organized, and once described as "cold" literary agent who only has time for her clients and her sister Libby, for whom she would do absolutely anything. Charlie is a stoic, serious, and ruthless book editor who doesn't let many people get close. When Libby forces Nora to take a 3 week vacation with her in Sunshine Falls to take a break from life before her third baby comes, all Nora wants to do is panic, but Libby always comes first, so she says yes to everything on her list. The last person she expects to encounter in the village is Charlie, but when life brings them together over and over, the connection is clear. They share a love for books, honesty, and checklists.

Except their story doesn't check the boxes in their organized lives. So instead, they tackle an editing project together, navigating their feelings for each other and their respective families who need them. After all, Nora is not one for happy endings. I loved the banter, the relationship between the sisters, and the book references. It was refreshing to read about people who don't try to hide the fact that they like each other instead of pages and pages of hidden feelings. I really enjoyed this story! Thank you Emily Henry!

Bottom line, I would recommend this book.
